Random Happenings

After the holidays were over I felt like I could maybe start relaxing again...NOPE! My sister is getting MARRIED in March to her amazing fiance Kip and I am her Matron (bleh) of Honor. Also I will be almost 7 months pregnant so I suppose matron is very fitting...it just makes me feel so old! I am so so excited for them and have been on the lookout for a decent looking maternity dress in her colors. I also started a Pinterest board with ideas for her wedding (with her permission). Haha she said she appreciates all the help and I made her promise to tell me if I start annoying her :) I just love weddings! Here are some random pictures of life lately...
I watched a couple of Courtney's kids last week so she could take her oldest clothes shopping for her bday :) They all had fun playing on the keyboard
Ramsey LOVES getting out for walks! She just cruises on down the sidewalk and we go check mail/sometimes go on the swing in our complex. It's very nice...except when I want to go inside and she screams and throws a fit because she wants to stay outside all day. When it warms up we can do that baby girl, I promise! Too coldie now though
These next few pictures are hilarious...she was being a goof ball.
Awkward little smile.

That's right...duck face selfie right there. Gross. We were both laughing as I took this. Andy and I dropped Rams off at Courtney's last Wednesday and FINALLY went to see Catching Fire! It was really good...we've both read all the books and the movies do an excellent job of bringing the books to life.
I always forget to take cute pictures of us on our dates and then I remember in the car while we're driving back home so this is what I end up with. Andy was repeatedly elbowing my head, which is why I'm screaming :)

Out for a family walk.
She loves playing with my long red necklace and I love how she put it on that day...

So silly.
Awwwww. So my Grandma Bowers made this hat for her for Christmas and Ramsey normally hates hats and tries to take them off immediately. This one, however, she will go grab out of our hat/glove basket and bring it to me so I'll put it on her. She then goes over to the mirror in our room and smiles at herself. I think she likes it Grandma; thanks! :)

Last Friday we went to the park with my friend Laura and her 2 boys....it was fun but so cold! Ramsey was literally shivering and I felt horrible. It was a sunny day so I thought she'd be okay with what she had on, but I forgot this park is completely in the shade so we were all pretty cold. I'll do better next time :)
She is such a gorgeous girl.
Her and Dez
Trying to warm her up...all she wanted towards the end of us being there was for me to cuddle her in my arms with her blanket. So sweet.
And the baby bump pictures are going to start making an appearance again! Here I am at 18 weeks...whoo! We get to find out gender in about a week or two and I am so excited. I've been feeling great so far...no weird cravings or morning sickness at all, which is awesome! I also still play volleyball every Monday morning at the church and I will continue doing it until I'm way too big and uncomfortable. It's a great workout though and I have been careful not to dive for the ball lately. According to my pregnancy book the baby is about 5 1/2 inches long and about 5 ounces big. I've felt movement a few times in the past couple weeks but not anything super noticable yet. It makes me miss when Rams was in my belly and she would push her bum up towards my ribs...that really did always make me smile :) Can't wait to find out if we need to stock up on boy clothes or get out Ramsey's old stuff!
